The Swanson's had a vision of remodeling this non-descript house on the Applegate River in the French-Country style. Benchmark brought their vision to life inside with with hand-textured plaster walls, rustic maple floors, hand-hewn recycled beams, a native stone fireplace and tile throughout the kitchen. Custom shutters with forged iron hinges frame all new energy-efficient windows and an intricate stone wall encircling gardens completed their vision outside the house.
