The homeowners had a vision of remodeling their nondescript house on the Applegate River in the French-Country style. Benchmark brought their vision to life inside with hand-textured plaster walls, rustic maple floors, hand-hewn recycled beams, a native stone fireplace, and tile throughout the kitchen. Custom shutters with forged iron hinges frame all new energy-efficient windows, and an intricate stone wall encircling the gardens completed their vision outside.
